



WHEELABRATOR SOUTH BROWARD INC.
Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Wheelabrator South Broward waste-to-energy facility provides dependable, environmentally safe disposal of municipal solid waste for Broward County Florida, while generating clean, renewable electricity for sale to the local utility. Designed, constructed, owned and operated by Wheelabrator, Wheelabrator South Broward processes up to 2,250 tons per day of municipal solid. Wheelabrator South Broward has an electric generating capacity of 66,000 kilowatts; the equivalent of supplying the electrical needs of 61,000 Florida homes.
