Our stewardship of the environment doesn't end with the production of clean, renewable energy. In addition to forming strategic partnerships with national, state, and local environmental and conservation organizations, Wheelabrator Technologies works closely with local communities to protect the environment and preserve our resources.

Wheelabrator's wildlife and nature preserves not only protect our valuable resources, but also serve as environmental education centers for our young people. Annual sponsorship of local "cleanup days" reinforces the need for everyone to take personal responsibility for the environment.
